# AI Transparency and Human Review Notice / Informativa AI e revisione umana

Course Pack uses artificial intelligence to assist transcription, segmentation, structuring, summarisation, question generation and editorial formatting. Generated material may contain transcription errors, omissions, ambiguous attribution, inaccurate summaries or unsuitable recommendations.

The delivery manifest identifies the recipe and version used. Source references and the quality report identify traceable passages, uncertain segments, omitted content, validation results and areas requiring review. Speaker labels describe segments and do not guarantee a person’s identity.

Every generated delivery is `DRAFT`. Before publication, instruction, operational use or distribution, an authorized human must compare material with relevant sources, review quality issues, verify factual/professional claims and confirm rights and permissions. Recording approval changes the review state; it does not turn uncertain content into verified fact.

KISTU does not use Course Pack to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about learners, employees or other people.
