# Course Pack Product Schedule / Condizioni specifiche Course Pack **Version 2.0 — 28 July 2026 — production candidate** This schedule supplements the KISTU Master Terms and Tari Credit Terms. If there is a conflict about Course Pack, this schedule governs the product-specific processing and delivery; the central KISTU terms govern identity, Tari, payments, tax and the commercial ledger. ## Product boundary Course Pack transforms customer-authorized recordings, text and supported documents into a portable, source-linked Learning Pack. It does not create a course from nothing, replace professional/editorial review, guarantee learning outcomes or operate as an LMS. Supported sources are MP3, MP4, M4A, MPEG, MPGA, WAV, WEBM, OGG, FLAC, TXT, PDF, DOCX and PPTX, subject to the limits and diagnostics shown before processing. Password-protected, corrupt, malicious, unsupported or unreadable files may be rejected or quarantined. ## Contractual delivery The base delivery comprises START HERE web, PDF, editable DOCX, lesson map and action plan, curated quiz and FAQ, TXT/JSON transcript, SRT/VTT subtitles where time-based media is present, chapters CSV, delivery manifest and customer-facing quality report. Selected Common Cartridge, SCORM or xAPI exports are delivered only with a compatibility report. A package is not represented as compatible when its validator status is not PASS. All generated content is marked DRAFT until a human approver records approval. Missing or uncertain information becomes a quality issue; KISTU does not intentionally invent a value to satisfy a required field. ## Tari and completion `course_pack_build_v1` is quoted and reserved by KISTU Core. Course Pack has no local wallet, checkout or provider pricing. Customer-visible records show the operation, rule version, Tari estimate/maximum, reservation, final Tari consumption or release, state and reason. The B2C lane is available only when the central customer checkout and legal activation gates are enabled. Customers buy Tari through Stripe-hosted checkout under the Consumer & Tari Terms. Before a Course Pack run, the workspace discloses the current central quote; the customer expressly authorizes its maximum and requests immediate performance. Confirmation version, terms document hash and timestamp are bound to central authorization. No local fallback rate or euro conversion is used. Settlement occurs only when the contractual delivery and manifest are available to the authorized workspace. A failure before that event triggers release under the accepted Tari rule. A changed source set, recipe, export profile or material meter dimension requires a new quote. Stripe secrets, card data, package pricing, refunds and the wallet remain exclusively in KISTU Core. ## Corrections and support An objectively missing, corrupted or source-inconsistent promised output uses the correction route and is not automatically sold as a new edition. A subjective change of audience, tone, depth, recipe or language is a new scope and requires a new Tari quote. Tari disputes, technical incidents, deletion/privacy requests and objective corrections are recorded against the original run. Monetary refunds, where applicable, are decided and executed by KISTU centrally, never by Course Pack. ## Availability, retention and deletion The workspace displays the exact expiry date and download window. Source, intermediate and output retention follows the versioned profile recorded at workspace creation. An authorized early deletion request is processed through the privacy route and produces a minimized deletion receipt. Legal, security and accounting records may be retained separately where required and do not contain source content unless necessary for an active incident. ## Customer responsibilities The customer confirms it owns or is authorized to process each source, including voices, likenesses, confidential information, personal data and third-party works. The customer reviews source references, facts, rights, accessibility, professional claims and permitted distribution before use. Assigning a reviewer does not itself grant access; tenant and identity authorization remain controlled by KISTU. --- Il presente documento integra Master Terms KISTU e Tari Credit Terms. Ogni output generato resta DRAFT fino all'approvazione umana. Informazioni mancanti o incerte diventano issue. `course_pack_build_v1` viene quotata e riservata dal KISTU Core: Course Pack non contiene wallet, checkout o prezzi provider locali. La lane B2C è disponibile soltanto quando sono attivi i gate centrali per checkout customer e conformità legale. Il cliente acquista Tari tramite checkout ospitato da Stripe secondo le Condizioni Consumer e Tari. Prima di una lavorazione Course Pack il workspace mostra il preventivo centrale; il cliente ne autorizza espressamente il massimo e richiede l’esecuzione immediata. Versione della conferma, hash del documento e timestamp sono legati all’autorizzazione centrale. Non sono usate tariffe locali di fallback o conversioni in euro. Il settlement avviene quando consegna contrattuale e manifest sono disponibili; il fallimento precedente determina release secondo la regola Tari accettata. Modifiche a fonti, recipe, export profile o dimensioni materiali richiedono un nuovo preventivo. Segreti Stripe, dati carta, prezzi dei pacchetti, rimborsi e wallet restano esclusivamente nel KISTU Core. Un errore oggettivo, un output corrotto o incoerente con la fonte usa il percorso di correzione e non viene automaticamente venduto come nuova edizione. Un cambio soggettivo di pubblico, tono, profondità, recipe o lingua costituisce nuovo scope e richiede un nuovo preventivo Tari. Rimborsi monetari, quando applicabili, sono decisi ed eseguiti centralmente da KISTU. Il workspace mostra data di scadenza e finestra download. Conservazione e cancellazione seguono il profilo versionato registrato; una cancellazione anticipata autorizzata produce una ricevuta minimizzata. Il cliente conferma diritti e autorizzazioni sulle fonti e verifica riferimenti, fatti, diritti, accessibilità, claim professionali e distribuzione prima dell’uso.
